Structure of the Training Programs:

In Salesforce technology, every subject is easily learnable, but if someone attempts to teach all the topics of a subject or every concept of a topic at once, then it will lead to confusion because generally, various concepts of a topic are connected to concepts of other topics within the same subject or across different subjects, making it challenging to grasp without adequate context from related topics.

The only effective solution to prevent confusion is to divide the subject into multiple courses and teach them step-by-step, making it easier to connect the dots between different concepts.

This is not a new approach! Every trainer knows this, but what they do is they generally divide the subject into three levels, i.e., Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, and offer a course for each level.

Any subject in Salesforce technology cannot be taught in only three courses because,

1.   Evolution of Subjects:

Each subject in Salesforce technology has undergone significant evolution over time, resulting in increased complexity and depth. Dividing each subject into only three courses may oversimplify the content and fail to adequately cover all the topics and concepts.

2.   Continuous Upgrades:

Salesforce continuously upgrades its technology with new features and enhancements. Therefore, the content of the subjects needs to reflect those changes. Limiting each subject to only three courses will not be enough to cover all the upgrades.

3.   Endless Advancements:

Salesforce is committed to innovating and advancing its technology till the end of time. This requires a more flexible approach in structuring the subjects, as new topics or concepts may arise that need to be included in the courses.

For these reasons, we are dividing each subject into Sequential Levels i.e., Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and so on, and offering a course for each level.

According to the current industry standards and expectations, our course levels can be ideally aligned with the years of corporate experience that an individual has in a particular job role in Salesforce technology.

The purpose of this infographic is to help you understand the current industry standards and expectations. Standards can change over time and expectations may increase, so you should always try to level up as soon as you can.
